Peeping Tom
The Kuleshov Effect is an editing technique that explores the mental phenomenon of how viewers can extract more meaning from the interaction of two connected shots than from a single static image. Using archive footage I have edited a sequence of a variety of unrelated footage, and have obscured their meaning. The stitched narrative raises awareness of the so-called 'Peeping Tom' and the power of editing.
